Quarter 1 Parent-Teacher Conferences | November 4-5, 2026: Booking Now Open

Dear BIS Families,

We are pleased to invite you to our Quarter 1 Parent-Teacher Conferences, which will take place on Wednesday, November 4, and Thursday, November 5, 2026. These conferences are an important opportunity to discuss your child’s progress, celebrate their achievements, and work together to support their continued growth and success.

Conference Schedule:

• Wednesday, November 4 – 1:00 pm to 5:45 pm - The final conference slot will end at 6:00 pm
  (Early Release – students dismissed at 11:35 am for KG/ES and 11:40 am for MS/HS)
• Thursday, November 5 – 8:30 am to 11:15 am - The final conference slot will end at 11:30 am
  (No school for students)

All conference bookings will be done through PTC Fast. Booking is now open as of today, Thursday, October 22, and will remain open until Tuesday, November 3 at 12:00 pm.

Each conference is scheduled for 10 minutes. We kindly ask for your cooperation in arriving on time and adhering to the scheduled duration. This helps ensure that all families have the opportunity to meet with teachers and that the schedule runs smoothly throughout the conference days. 

All Parent-Teacher Conferences will take place in person on campus only this time, as we believe face-to-face meetings provide a better opportunity for meaningful discussions about students’ progress, achievements, and areas for improvement. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you to BIS.

We also strongly encourage students to join their conferences whenever possible, as their participation fosters a sense of responsibility and involvement in their own learning journey.

In addition, we are delighted to share that the Little Bees Book Fair will take place on Wednesday, November 4 in the CO-MPR. Families are welcome to visit the Book Fair with their children after school on November 4. A separate letter with more details about the event will be shared later.

Furthermore, as part of our ongoing support for students’ future pathways, there will be HS College & Career Meetings scheduled during the parent teacher conferences. These meetings are specifically designed for parents of students in Grades 9 and 10. Our school administration team will contact you directly to arrange a convenient time for your meeting. This is an excellent opportunity to discuss academic planning, future goals, and available pathways that support your child’s success beyond school.
