Al-Bayan International School is proud to introduce its new and improved After-School Activities
Program. The program supports Elementary, Middle and High School students by providing
them opportunities to explore their interests through a range of after-school activities.

We see the time students spend with us after school as a chance to have fun and try new things.
Additionally, it is a time when students can build social skills and develop new friendships.

BIS is a well-resourced school in which technology
(interactive white boards, Google Suite for Educa-
tion, BYOD policy, etc.) is used to enhance student
learning.

All classrooms are equipped with a computer, IWB
(interactive white board), and wifi access. Middle
and High School students may bring their own
devices and use the wifi provided by the school for
any classroom assignments/projects. Teachers use
PowerSchool platform to keep track of grades,
attendance and IEPs. Students and parents also
have access to their own PowerSchool accounts, so
that they can view all their grades. Schoology is our
Learning Management System (LMS) for Middle
and High School, while Seesaw is used for Kinder-
gaten and Elementary. Both platforms enhance
communication between teachers, students, and
families. Teachers upload student resources and
weekly overviews to these platforms. Ipads are
avaliable for classrooms and/or individuals
students and are also used to various asessments
